Emily Cai Competed in the TMTA Competitions - May 31 - June 1, 2014

Emily Cai represented our studio this year at the Tennessee Music Teachers Association Competitions held in Knoxville, Tennessee, on May 31st through June 1st, 2014. This was Emily's first year competing at this level, and she earned her Superior rating with a job very well done. Emily has already set as one of her goals to compete and place in next year's TMTA competition. Emily's program this year included:
- "Sonatina in C Major, Op.36, No.3, Movement I, Spiritoso" by Muzzio Clementi (Classical)
- "Arabesque, Op.100, No.2" by Johann Burgmueller (Romantic)
- "Spanish Romance II" by Martha Mier (Contemporary)
- "Farewell Waltz" by Alexander Peskanov (Contemporary)
