Steven Chen earned his National Federation of Music Clubs Superior Rating Certificate at the Festival on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at ETSU. Steven performed "Ice Skating" by Costley and "Sonatina in C, Movement I" by Alexander Peskanov. He participated in the Primary 1 Class. Congratulations to Steven!
